Crooked Mile is looking for a part-time Customer Service and Sales Representative.

Are you passionate about craft beer and just as passionate about sharing it with others?

If so, let’s talk. We’re a start-up microbrewery in Almonte, Ontario that is growing. We’re looking for someone who is cheerful and outgoing and enjoys meeting new people and has a knack for building relationships.

Responsibilities:
You will be working both with customers in our retail space as well as licensees in the National Capital Region and Lanark County. As a champion of our brand who loves talking about beer, you will serve and sell our ales and merchandise in our retail space. You will also present and sell our ales to new and existing external customers, meeting agreed upon sales targets along with tracking daily sales and inventory. You’ll provide social media support and may occasionally work at local events, but this is not the primary focus of this position.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales, ideally in the sales of beverage alcohol.
• You are self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Your organizational skills are top notch and you are always looking for efficiencies.
• You have great customer service skills.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
• You have a solid understanding of the brewing process.
• You’re social media savvy.
• You have at least five years of previous retail or service experience.
• You have your Smart Serve Certificate.
• You have your own transportation.
